II. Return Shipping Costs
For quality issues (such as breakage, wrong shipment, serious defects, etc.):
Return shipping costs will be borne by CRAFT RESTAURANT LLC (the merchant).
For non-quality issues (such as dislike, incorrect size, subjective reasons, etc.):
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
III. Refund Processing Procedure
Customer submits a return application and receives confirmation from customer service.
Return the goods to the designated return address as instructed.
The warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods.
Refunds will be processed if the return meets the conditions.
IV. Refund Time
We will complete the refund processing within 3-5 business days after receiving and confirming the returned goods.
